This item is handmade to order, so dye patterns will vary from that of the photo. Dyed items are washed after dying, but I always recommend washing on cold for the first few rounds of washing to ensure no bleeding. washing on cold and hanging to dry will make dye colors last longer and is better for the environment!  Color will fade slightly with time, wash, and wear. Hand this down to a friend when your babe grows out of it to keep it in rotation.
